Carlingford High School Library, which opened in 2003, is a very well resourced library. Our collection includes books, eBooks, audio books, magazines, and an online encyclopedia.
Our library uses the web-based Oliver library management system. Students can search our catalogue from school or home. They can borrow eBooks or watch ClickView videos at school or home.
The library offers spaces for classes, including teaching areas, small study rooms and meeting spaces.
Students can photocopy, scan or print using their school ID card
LC1, LC2 and CC- These spaces effectively operate as spare classrooms and our technology team has made them bookable online for teachers.
There is a bank of 30 laptops available to be borrowed
The library has a wonderful fiction collection including many genres: science fiction, fantasy, crime, classics etc.
Our non-fiction collection is a carefully selected one of high interest books. It contains many of the latest study guides used by HSC students.
Our Library has recently developed a small, but comfortable quiet reading area.
